Welcome to the Yemen ACD website, the official platform for obtaining the Advanced Cargo Declaration (ACD) certificates for shipments to Yemen.
Starting January 1, 2025, all shipments that will be unloaded in Yemen regardless of final destination must have an ACD certificate.

This certificate, which are integral for smooth customs clearance, plays a critical role in complying with Yemen’s import regulations.
Attention: Shipping Lines
Please be advised that it is mandatory to include the ACD number on the Bill of Lading (BL). Failure to comply with this requirement may result in penalties.
(If the shipment departs on or after January 1, 2025, the ACD certificate is mandatory.)
